Reprogramming Yourself
- Identify default settings: What do you do automatically out of fear or comfort?
- Write overrides: Actively choose actions that challenge these defaults.
- Commit publicly: When you commit to a speech or a launch date in public, you create a social contract that overrides internal hesitation.
